We have had another wonderful week in Sandymere!

This week, we have been enjoying the story Lost and Found by Oliver Jeffers. The children were fascinated to learn lots of interesting facts about penguins and have enjoyed sharing what they found out.

In Maths, we have been working hard on subtraction, using practical methods such as crossing out and part–whole models to help us understand our learning.

During Music, the children had great fun playing a variety of musical instruments and taking part in an energetic robot dance.

A polite reminder to families: please ensure that children do not bring toys, lip balms, games or other personal items from home, as these can become a distraction or get lost.
