What a great start to the half term this week has been!
We have thrown more challenges to the children and they have been brave and courageous in accepting them!
In Literacy, we have started our poetry unit - as you'll be able to see from the document attached, they have created a beautiful class poem. We are really pushing on presentation and handwriting - not just in Literacy but in any written pieces of work and we are seeing progress so keep going everyone!
In Science, we investigated the digestive system with a fairly messy experiement where the children found out exactly what happens to our food when it travels in our body - it was great, messy fun!
We had a fabulous gymnastics session this afternoon where the children has a go at balancing, working in pairs - many laughs were had! We have some seriously strong children!
This weekend brings Bonfire Night celebrations so we talked to the children how to stay safe - hope you all enjoy this special time.
