As we come to the end of a wonderful school year, we would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to all of our families for your support throughout the year. Thank you also for the thoughtful cards, gifts and kind messages, they have been very much appreciated.

 

What an incredible year it has been! The children have truly embraced our school vision of "Let Your Light Shine" and have shown us so many ways that they can do this. We have been proud to see them:

✨ Develop new skills and knowledge across the curriculum
✨ Make excellent progress throughout the year
✨ Show kindness, respect and friendship towards others
✨ Support one another and work as a team
✨ Enjoy memorable experiences, including our visit to Delamere Forest
✨ Demonstrate resilience when facing new challenges

 

We have so many wonderful memories to cherish, and it has been a privilege to watch the children learn, grow and flourish throughout the year.

 

Although the summer holidays are almost here, we still have two exciting days ahead! On Monday morning, the children will enjoy Fun on the Field as a special end-of-term treat. We are also looking forward to attending the Year 6 Leavers' Service at church, where we will be performing a poem that we have written especially for the Year 6 children as they prepare for their next adventure.

 

📚 If you have not yet returned your child's reading books and reading folder, please ensure these are brought into school on Monday.

 

Thank you once again for your support, encouragement and partnership throughout the year. It has been a joy to teach and support your children this year, and we are so proud of everything they have achieved.
